I keep seeing ads for Cici's Pizza and I'm curious to know more about Cici's Pizza? From what I have learned about Cici's Pizza is that they are supposed to have a buffet where you get unlimited salad and breadsticks and have good prices and specials on their pizzas. Also how good are the pizzas at Cici's Pizza? Are their pizzas just as good as Domino's Pizza or Pizza Hut?

I enjoy eating at CiCi's from time-to-time. They do have a good selection at the buffet and the prices are reasonable. I will pop in when I don't have a great deal of time to eat and have the buffet.

It’s lousy pizza. You get what you pay for at a $6 all-you-can-eat buffet.

Some of the pizza's are pretty good, but they are very thin. I think they have a couple of thick pizza's on the buffet. You can go back more than once to get additional items. They have good cinnamon rolls too. Also if you don't see a certain pizza on the buffet you can request it and they'll make it. We eat there 2 or 3 times a year. They have a game room for the kids and overhead TV's to watch at the CiCi's in our city. You can always try it once and see if you like it.

So Cici's Pizza lets you go to the pizza buffet for second helpings of pizza? So it's kind of like Luby's Cafeteria but with pizzas. How exciting is that? And you can request a pizza you want if you don't see it on their buffet too and Cici's makes it for you? Sounds like a pizza place my mom would like because she likes pizza buffets and when Mom was in high school she and her friends would sometimes spend their lunch time at the pizza buffets at the pizza parlor. So Cici's Pizza sounds like an awesome place to eat. Just wish I had one near me

Yes, the buffet is a nice way to sample a variety of pizza's. You can also go back and get free refills on your drink. And just request a pizza from any of the people behind the counter and they'll make it and put it out on the buffet with all the other pizza's. The pizza's are okay but not quite as good as Domino's or Papa Johns. |

The people saying Domino's and Papa John's are obviously not from NYC.
![]() There's no comparison to NYC pizza. |

I went there 14 years ago...there's one near me in Brooklyn, Ohio.
I'd like to try this place again...but there's some places near me that make Napoli style pizza. That's pizza! |

There aren't many places around here that make pizza like that. Some fancy Italian restaurants do and not the local pizza joints. ![]() NYC has a lot of pizzerias and everyone of them are different. Most of the old-school ones were family-run businesses that used homemade recipes for their sauces and cheeses. Some of these places have been around for 60+ years that have their own loyal customers within close proximity to other pizza places w/ their own following. There's constant debate among the locals over which pizzeria is "the best". Places like Domino's, Papa John's, Pizza Hut isn't even considered an option. The pizzerias are also not known for just pizza as they make other food like chicken rolls, pastas, garlic bread/knots, sausage and pepper heroes... all with their signature sauces and spices. |

I've never liked the taste of CiCi's pizza. I like Pizza Hut.
