Great episode. Any episode Barney returns are brilliant, but sad. Sad that there could have been tons more of great Barney episodes. Only Barney/Warren episode I believe.

Some thoughts on the episode:
Barney doesn't tell Andy Avery Noonan has escaped putting Andy & Warren and possibly the whole town in danger.
Warren wants Barney involved in the hunt of Avery Noonan. Andy says ok even though Barney isn't a deputy anymore not covered by accident insurance or if he injures someone city liability.

When Barney's fuel pump falls off wouldn't there be gas everywhere?

When Andy strains to pick up the 50 lb+ grain sack and heaves it down on Avery's head wouldnt it do major bodily injuries rather than just stun him.

When goober brings up Barney's car in Andy's driveway the white building across the street from the studio lot can be seen. The building is mentioned in tags lot documentaries and I believe still standing.
