Eek What movie had the most popular songs?

I was looking at the lists of movies that used a lot of music from the 1960's to the 1990's...I saw that Pirate Radio/The Boat That Rocked used 67 songs!

Is there any other film that uses more than 67?

American Graffiti played music through the entire movie but I don't think it was anywhere near 67!I just looked it up and American Graffiti played 42 songs.

Here is a very old one from the 1930's(I have never heard of it)

Indrasabha
The world record for the maximum number of songs is held by the musical film Indrasabha (released in 1932). It has over 70 songs. It is based on a Urdu play which was first staged in 1853. The movie is set in the celestial court of Lord Indra, the King of Gods(in Indian mythology).

Now if you want movies from 1960's to 1990's with popular songs

Grease has 24 songs
Saturday Night Fever has 17 songs
(I believe 5 of them are from the BeeGees)

If you are into Rock Movies
Tommy by THE WHO has 31 songs (various artists -- even Elton John)
Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band has 24 songs
(I'm surprised Penny Lane didn't mention this one )

Of Course A Hard Days Night, Help! and Yellow Submarine had quite a few songs but not as many as the aforementioned movies.

I know GoodFellas has 36 songs and Forrest Gump has 50.

I'd like to make a film about Cleveland Radio called Not Your Average Radio Station which is loosely based on WMMS and it's a span from the 1960's to the 1990's. Here's some songs I'd like to have on it...

I know this is used on the film FM, but I think it works as an intro.

One scene, someone uses the restroom and as "Mrs. Robinson" ends, "A Hazy Shade of Winter" begins!

This is the song that plays before the ending credits and the radio station changes formats and becomes corporate.
