6. What was the "lucky part" to the curse Sophia put on the girls' neighbor after his tree fell into their lanai?

HINT -- The man said that he would not pay for the tree removal, so Sophia put a Sicilian curse on him. Finally, he came back to the girls and apologized and said that he couldn't handle anymore of the weird occurances that had been going on. His wife admitted that she had done all but one of them...

What was that one thing?
