Both were great !!

Before I would have said the Munsters for sure, but than after watching an Addams family marathon that Antenna had maybe a year ago or so, I started diggin' TAF too!!

The Munsters goes more for belly laughs, while The Addams Family is more of a cerebral type of humor. Both shows were good at what they did, I have both on DVD, if I have to pick one that I prefer over the other I'll give a slight edge to The Munsters because of Herman and Grandpa, those guys are funny together.
