Default They should do another reunion

I know they had an 80's reunion for Beaver, but they should have another one. I know a bunch of oldie shows I would love to have reunited, but since most of the main stars are dead- will probably never get made. Since most of the actors on LITB are still alive and in healthy enough condition to have another reunion, they could do it. It doesn't even have to lead into a reunion type movie. I would be happy to have them get together and talk about the show. Who's with me?

I wouldn't want to see another reunion movie but a clips show with interviews and cast remembrances would be nice to see - especially if they could get a lot of the minor characters. You see Jerry Mathers, Tony Dow, Ken Osmond and Barbara Billingsley often but when have you ever seen Rusty Stevens, Stanley Fafara, Stephen Talbot, Richard Correll, etc.?

Cool

I agree, I would love to see a Leave it to Beaver reunion, but not a reunion movie. I also heard that they were working on one that is supposed to be out before the 50th anniversary. I think they need to do a thing like Bill Cosby did for the Cosby show a couple of weeks ago. Did anyone see that? They got all of the cast members together and just showed clips and reminisced. It was hillarious. They do need to get the actors who played the other kids too.

True. Maybe since a bunch of shows are having reunions, maybe LITB will decide to do another. I don't even remember seeing the 80's reunion movie or the show, unless I try to find some episodes on ebay or something- I doubt I will ever see it on an actual tv channel. I'm glad to see you posting more TJ, its nice to chat with you when you post replies to topics. May I add, you run an EXCELLENT site.

Yeah that would be great. But not as a movie. Jerry Mathers said after the year 2,000 he was hanging up his Mayfiels sweater forever, but I don't think this would count do ya'll? Where did you hear they were working on a reunion show? I wish Hugh Beaumont could be there.

All I have heard about a reunion is what I read about Jerry at IMDB.com go to it and type in Jerry Mathers and read his bio. It says that in 2000 he was working on a quote "new Beaver TV show." What does this mean? I know that I would like to see the cast members reunitedin a tv special kind of thing but as for a reunion movie...i dont know about that. I sure hope Jerry didn't mean he really wouldnt do anything more with beaver!
