Hello Out There From TV Land,
I was wondering, out of curiosity, if someone could PLEASE help me with a project I've been trying to work on for quite some time but could use some help with: a Complete Series Restoration Project of the hit '80s sitcom "Bosom Buddies," all 37 episodes fully restored 100% complete, uncut, AND unedited, as originally aired on the ABC Television Network, with the following contents, among others, including: The Original "My Life" Theme Song that opened each episode Songs Omitted from DVDs for Legal Reasons e.g. "Chances Are" The Original Blue Mountain Paramount Television Logo that ended each show So far, not counting the DVDs of each episode from both seasons, I have 2 episodes of "Bosom Buddies" on VHS Tape: the Filmed Pilot and Episode #4, "Macho Man," included as part of Paramount Home Entertainment's "Bosom Buddies Volume One" VHS Tape, the episodes of which omit "My Life" and replace it with the Chris Thompson written "Shake Me Loose" as performed by R&B Singer Stephanie Mills, but otherwise have all scenes intact as originally broadcast on ABC, with "Macho Man" including the original network Bumpers where Tom Hanks and Peter Scolari, as their respective characters, before the last commercial break say "Don't Touch That Radio Dial (We're On Television, Henry), Oh Yes, Bosom Buddies Will Be Right Back." As many die-hard fans of the show know, the original theme song, as duly noted, was "My Life," written by Billy Joel and performed by Atlanta Studio Musician Gary Bennett. If anyone here is willing to help me out on this amazing project, please feel free to respond to this Post. Thanks very much in advance. |
