we had to run a mile in p.e. today. OMG it took me 11 minutes! I am so out of shape and almost threw up this morning. Duh, i wuZ sick

oh, ew! i'm sorry. hope you feel better. speaking of the mile, i have the joy of running it tomorrow. and we can't stop. i hope my teacher's in a reeeeeallly good mood so we can walk the curves. what grade are you in? i do 11 or 10. that's a fail....*sighs* oh well.

well, u did better than me on the mile. I got like 14 minutes and 48 seconds. Not only am I out of shape...i also have asthma. I'm lucky that i can actually finish the mile...lol

We ran it today for the last for our Fitness Gram Fitness test. I got a 10:40. better than last time. Last time I had a 11:20, but oh well. I had an A the 3rd quarter, an A the 4th quarter, EVERYNE failed the, and I have an A- for the semester.

The other two componest were Sit-ups and Push-ups. I had 12 pushups and 37 sit-ups.

Horrible I know, but hey, I improved from 22 sit-ups and 3 pushups.

I had to run about a mile in a track meet the week before. Took me 7 minutes and 55 seconds.

And I STILL got second second place! The first place winner beat me by 4 seconds, hypmh!

GOSH Jenny!!! How do u do it?!?!??!? I ran the mile on Tuesday and I got 9:40... that's good for me!

I had an option of either running a mile or walking two miles. I tried to run but since we couldn't stop at all and I did, I had to walk but I finished first in that at least.

I feel your guys' pain... I'm so glad I'm out of gym forever. The last time I ran the mile was in December and I got nine minutes and 30 seconds. That was my best ever.

every year we had to run the mile in middle school....I dont have to anymore (we have to run but its not timed) my best mile time was a little over 7 minuets... like 7:03.... running isnt my thing exactly... and when training for hockey...we focus on short spurts of energy mostly...so im into sprints and short distances..yah
