Does anyone know what book this is that Blanche is reading in the episode Triple Play - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Does anyone know what book this is? I was watching the episode Triple Play and saw Blanche reading this book. They don't show the title of it very clearly. It looks like there's a little black heart at the bottom. Does anyone recognize this? Thanks!

I don't, but she is also seen reading a book somewhere in one season (I want to say it's after season 4, so I'm thinking season 5), and she is seen reading that same book in several episodes. It's a paperback with a blue/teal cover and I think a circular illustration on it. I've never been able to quite make out that title myself.
