Now, I know that there is NO Honeymooners sketches on these but some people consider "Incredible World of Ed Norton" to not be a Hineymooners sketch since Gleason doesn't make an appearance. Also, I know of a bootleg DVD set that has been available on the Internet for 10 plus years but that set has only 20 DVDs whereas this one has 12. Maybe this one has episodes that aren't on the former set. I did ask Thomas film classics if there is any footage from 1970 on this set. No response yet. I do remember seeing clips of the Jackie Gleason Show on Youtube (one of which has Timmie Rogers) LONG before Time Life released those episodes so I am hoping this set has Incredible World.

The 20 disc set does have Jackie interviewing Ed Norton from the b&w American Scene.. I'd say that counts as H'mooners!

I'd grab the set just out of curiosity and the possibility of an upgrade (or different/more complete episodes) from the 20 disc set.. But they don't do PayPal.

Back in the late 70's into mid 80's WWOR had "Best of Jackie Gleason"
These were 1/2 edited versions of Gleason 1960's shows.
Because this is not a major studio releasing these discs.
Something tells me this is what these are.
Not that it's a bad thing.
These probably have MUCH more content than the Time Life releases.

Thanks. Like I said above I know that there is a bootleg DVD box set floating around the Internet but that set is advertised as more discs and episodes than this one. They still haven't responded yet to my emails. I found there phone number (it's not in their site) so maybe I will call them.
