Adam 12 & Dragnet on DVD - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I recently have been on a nostalgia kick for Adam 12 and Dragnet. MeTV shows 2 butchered episodes of Adam 12 per day. I assumed both series being older but prominent series would have complete series, but they don't. Then I looked at the Adam 12 DVD's and the average cost is around $25 per season and some seasons of Dragnet are even over $30. These have been around for awhile and I can't imagine they are selling that well. I wonder why the price is so much and why no complete series sets. Anyone else notice this?

Adam 12 is on Cozi TV, and everything is badly butchered on there.

Not sure of the answer to your question, unless the DVDs sets are discontinued, and therefore are in short supply.

Bite the bullet and buy the DVDs. They're worth it.
