Aunt Jemima's food commercials
Do you remember when in the 80's Aunt Jemima's food commercials had the slogan "Nothing Can Be Finer Than The Taste Of Aunt Jemima's In The Morning"? I thought the commercials for Aunt Jemima waffles and pancakes and syrup were so clever and had a wonderful slogan to match. In the 90's Aunt Jemima started using singer Gladys Knight as their spokeswoman and had a new slogan "With Aunt Jemima Now You're Cooking" along with a new look for Aunt Jemima herself on the pancake mix boxes and waffle mix boxes and syrup bottles and learning about these interesting commercials made me realize that breakfast was just delicious compared to the breakfast of today and it's a surprise that the Aunt Jemima's food commercials aren't nearly as great as these 80's commercials but they are great to watch for fans of vintage commercials
