Listing Comparatively: Cast Members, When Things Happened - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I thought I would create a few lists concerning the cast members of My Three Sons and Family Affair, beginning with the actors who have passed on. In this first list, the year listed marks the actor’s death (and FA obviously stands for Family Affair).

Already we see that it’s been 10 years since we lost Beverly Garland, and this year also marks 40 years for Kathryn Givney. We had a disastrous 2012, but thankfully we haven’t had to report a loss of any major cast member since then:

2002 Gregg Fedderson FA - Age 53

I think John Gallaudet played Steve's boss - 1983 - Age 80.

Benson Fong (Ray Wong) - 1987 - Age 70.

Leon Ames (Dr. Osborne) - 1993 - Age 91.

Jane Wyman (Sylvia Cannon) - 2007 - Age 90.

Rose Marie (Genevieve Goodbody) - 2017 - Age 94.

Anne Jeffreys (Mrs. Carstairs) - 2017 - Age 94.

Sylvia Sydney (Miss Houk) - 1999 - Age 88.

Ed Begley (Mr. Storfmann) - 1970 - Age 69.

Anne Baxter (Eileen Talbot) - 1985 - Age 62.

Leslie Parrish (Flame La Rose) - still with us - b. 1935 - Age 83.

Yvonne Craig (meter maid who was Robbie's girlfriend in Episode 222 "If At First" - 2015 - Age 78.

Susan Oliver (Jerry Harper) - 1990 - Age 58.

Jaye P. Morgan - singer in #228 "A Falling Star" - still with us - Age 86.

Jackie De Shannon (Peggy Snell) - still with us - b. 1944 - Age 73

Constance Moore (Mrs. Snell) - 2005 - Age 84 or 85.

Elvia Allman (the aunt Snell) - 1992 - Age 87.

Eddie Foy Jr. (bum Ernie befriended) - 1983 - Age 78.

Frank De Vol (composer) - 1999 - Age 88.

We could also get into other behind the scenes people, like Don Fedderson, George Tibbles, Peter Tewksbury, Richard Whorf, Gene Reynolds, James V. Kern, James Sheldon, Fred De Cordova, Earl Bellamy.

Amazingly, Marsha Hunt (Aunt Cecile from season 8) b. 1917, is still alive (Age 100).

A lovely lady passed on over 20 years ago - Joanna Cook Moore (Charley's dancing lessons) - 1997 - Age 63

And another sad loss, again relatively young - Lori Martin (neighbor, Rob & Katie's apartment) - 2010 - Age 62

I see Ms. DeShannon and Ms. Morgan on your list -- here are 2 more stars from the world of music:

Micky Dolenz - still with us - b. 1945 - Age 73

Jeremy Clyde (Paul Drayton) - still with us - b. 1941 - Age 77
