How many people did it take to do the alf character, including the voice?

ALF (the voice of)- Paul Fusco
(puppet eyes, ears)- Lisa Buckley
(puppet mouth, body mech -Bob Fappiano
and for the first 2 seasons - Michu Mezaros was the little man in the suit.

also in the last season, Benji Gregory (who played Brian), also got quite familiar with working the puppet
