I am trying to put a picture underneath my user info that's on the side when you post a message. Does anyone have any directions on how to do that??

You mean like my pic of Diana Dors over there?

It's simple. Go to "user cp" up at the top of the page. Then go to "user options." Scroll to the bottom and where it says avatar, click "Change Avatar," and you can upload one from your computer. It has to be 125 pixels x 125 pixels or smaller though.
