Bonniegirl will be happy with this one.

Last week, I went to a local senior center about a possible job opportunity for me. I put in my resume for a volunteer position, but haven't heard back from them yet and am really hoping to.

Here's hoping that I do get the job though!

Very cool. It is very rewarding working with older people. Helping them out and making their lives a little brighter!

I forgot to mention that my new job will be at an animal shelter and not a senior center.
