55 year old SeaTac man Have to believe that this is from another DNA search. Apparently they took his DNA two days ago. |

If you committed an unsolved crime, beware!
All these years, he probably thought he would never be caught. Just imagine, how many restless nights he has had over the last couple of decades, as DNA developed. |

Good to hear that they've found the perpetrator, he was only 24 in 1987 and who knows what else this guy might have done.

Mind = Blown
If you guys got in a time machine, found me in 2014 and told me that over the next four years, this case, Wendy Camp, Matthew Chase, Joyce McLain, Lisa Ziegert, Ashley Freeman/Lauria Bible would be solved...I wouldn't have believed you. Add to that the fact that Michael Haim goes on trial for Bonnie's murder this October and we're currently waiting to find out the DNA results for remains that are believed to be Mary Ann Perez...that is a ton of progress on some very cold cases. This case in particular is one of the earliest I remember seeing as a little kid. I'm so happy their families will finally get some sense of closure. |

This is awesome! This is one of my more personal cases, as I started watching UM when I was around the ages that they were murdered, and always felt more for the young victims. It's so strange when you finally put a face to something like this all these years later...for so long, it seemed that "no one" did this crime, but you know someone did...you just never know what that face would look like or who it could be.

So happy about this! This is one of the most disturbing cases profiled on UM, and I truly hope this guy's capture will give the families some peace of mind.
