Default Home Improvement Vs. The Red Green Show

Since N@N is doing a Cosby Show marathon with Home Improvement as the theme I would like to know what "Handy Jokster" is your favorite and what show is better too.Home Improvement or Red Green.

RED GREEN is one of the funniest shows I've seen. Because in the U.S. it's on PBS it doesn't get much attention the only way for people to know it's on is to stumble on it accidently (like me) or word of mouth or the internet. I guess it isn't on all PBS channels but if it is on in your area I recommend it highly.

I love both of these shows! I cant believe how many people dont know about the Red Green Show, but it is Canadian...still many US pbs stations have it.
But I cant decide which is better.....

No contest, Home Improvement. I'm amazed at how close Red Green is in the poll, HI currently leads 7-5.

I never like these "choose your favorite" polls because I usually like both equally. And in this case, I can definitely say that I LOVE Home Improvement and I LOVE The Red Green Show- both are hilarious! I grew up watching both right around when they first started airing- it's too bad not as many Americans are familiar with The Red Green Show- it's an incredibly long running Canadian sitcom (it ran for 15 years!) and it is always very funny in my opinion.
(And due to Red Green's penchant for fixing everything with duct tape, there are also the MacGyver comparisons too, of course- and as a longtime big MacGyver fan, I appreciate that too.)

You should check out The Red Green Show- you'd probably like it.
The series is available on DVD.
Maybe it's on Netflix too- that might be an option to watch some of it. Of course, there are plenty of clips and episodes on Youtube.

Though I like both, "Home Improvement" is the one I like the most...It's my favorite sitcom!
