"Quantico" Canceled at ABC after Three Seasons

ABC’s terrorism drama "Quantico" will not see a fourth season. The network has opted to cancel the series starring Priyanka Chopra. Its Season 3 finale will now serve as the series ender.

"Quantico", from ABC Studios and producer Mark Gordon, was a breakout when it debuted in fall 2015, setting delayed viewing lift records. But with its dense narrative and heavy serialization, the series started to lose momentum in the second half of its first season and continued to see declines into Season 3.

It came down-to-the-wire last season for the drama series when it scored a last-minute abbreviated Season 3 renewal with a reduced license fee and new creative under a new showrunner.

While not a big linear ratings performer, especially in Live+Same Day, "Quantico" has done well in delayed viewing and has been a solid international seller for ABC Studios.

"Quantico" Moves to Fridays after ABC Cancellation

After last week’s cancellation of "Quantico", ABC has announced that the terrorism drama will finish out its third and final season on Friday nights.

Starting on May 25, "Quantico" will make its move from Thursday nights to Friday nights at 8 PM.
