Default What's with owls in commercials today?

I'm noticing that in commercials today it seems that owls are the most popular animals in commercials and I think that 2018 is Owl Year for commercials. Because from America's Best Eyecare Centers to Zyzal it seems that owls have taken over commercials and is it because owls are very popular animals this year or is it because people like owls a lot?

I Know!!!! Isn't it cool?? I LOVE it!!! Owls are awesome and I too noticed how owls are in commercials a lot lately !! Besides the two you mentioned, owls are also featured in Travelocity Trip advisor commercials and also advertising an online school!!

Owls seem to be really popular and well liked nowadays and with good reason. they are totally cool and really cute!!!

It's part of the Great Owl Conspiracy, first they take over our airwaves by way of commercials, then soon the world!

Ha, I noticed that too! WGU online University advertises a lot in Puget Sound and they have a spokes-owl.
