Hello Everybody, there's an episode that I am trying to find but can't remember the name and/or the season; please help !!!!

All I know about it, is that Fred changes his personality in some way and he goes around saying his name is: Frederick J. (not sure) but he has his hand over his mouth and says his last name is: Blllll (don't know how to write it)
and I think he does that sort of tango kind of dance; and even Mr. Slate is doing it too.

Anyway, please help if you can (thanks)
