...a three disc set of the ORIGINAL Jackie Gleason Show, I wonder if it will actually have episodes of the 50s version of the show. I know that Time Life's demographics for most of their video releases is but I have a hard time believing that they will show episodes of the original JGS due to their age and obscurity.

If they do go through with the release, I wonder what are the chances of them showing the lost B&W Honeymooners sketches and "The Incredible World of Ed Norton." (Yes, I know that it was made in 1970 but still.)

I haven't heard anything about this latest release. Could it just be another small repeat release of a discs that come from their already released 10 disc '70's Jackie Gleason show release? This is what Time life's last "new" release was, just a single disc that came from the 10 disc set. Somehow I think this is just another "repeat" small version of the 10 disc set. Any details on this at all??

Well, that wasn't helpful. The link you provided was just to an earlier thread in which the subject was what turned out to be that 1 disc repeat release of the 10 disc set. If you read about this 3 disc "new" release anywhere it wasn't here.

Oh, if you're asking about that PREVIOUS "new" release, the question was already answered in that previous thread, and humbly speaking, by me. But I don't mind repeating myself, it's nothing but repeat discs from the 10 disc set.
