I'm looking for a song name. It was on an older episode that aired last night [it was the episode that was about the academy awards/oscars/grammys something like that]. Fox's character was walking down the street and came up to a band playing. What and who is it?

the band was "the churchills" and the song played was "everybody gets what they deserve".
