In 1993 Nickelodeon launched Nickelodeon Guts a game show that featured teams of kids testing their physical abilities while doing various challenges and the winning team got the chance to attempt to climb the famous Agro Crag mountain and if they won the winning champions got to take home a piece of the Agro Crag as a trophy while the other teams got medals in an Olympics style ceremony. It's amazing that Mike O'Malley who first shot to fame at Nickelodeon as the host of Get The Picture also hosted Nickelodeon Guts and later appeared on the CBS sitcom Yes Dear. Nickelodeon Guts got so popular that it later spun off a second show called Global Guts that featured teams of kids from different countries around the world playing the same challenges as well. After Double Dare's worldwide success Nickelodeon continued to improve in game shows with Nickelodeon Guts and this game show should make a comeback with a new version on Nickelodeon hosted by Apolo Ohno or The Rock and bring game shows back to Nickelodeon once again

Yes, and they also had Global GUTS, which had kids from European and Asian countries competing.

Bestie, i think Original GUTS debuted in 1992, not 1993.
