"In March of 2018, a man posted on the "Who Was Buckskin Girl" Facebook page, believing that the Buckskin Girl was his half-sister, Marcia King. Marcia regularly hitchhiked and vanished after leaving their Arkansas home in 1980. He later announced that the woman has been identified as Marcia. However, law enforcement has not yet confirmed the identification."

There's a postmortem photo on the FB page (which freaked me out a bit) along with 70's Yearbook photos of a Girl. It really looks like the same person. I'm surprised "Buckskin Girl" has never been identified.

From that Facebook group, looks like there's going to be a press release about this case tomorrow.

It's amazing that all of the unidentified victims from the Ohio serial killer segment have been identified, most after 30+ years.

Were there other unidentified victims of this loon? I can't remember as I haven't seen the segment for over 10 years.
