anyone know if ME TV will show the syndicated episodes with most of the music replaced (like Antenna TV did) or the DVD episodes with 80% of the original music intact?

More than likely it'll be the syndicated versions.

According to Wikipedia, the music licensing was for a limited number of years, which long ago expired.

Not a good sign...

You'd have to think the rights procured for the Shout DVD sets were only for those releases, not for the syndication episodes.

Did you find details similar to those through other sources of information besides Wikipedia (I would not want to use it as a primary source of information due to the fact that it could be changed by anyone)?
