Default Stranger Things on Netflix

Who's watching? This series is awesome! Season three is being filmed. Probably won't be aired until October.

I would like o hear some opinions.

Yep, been a huge fan since it originally premiered. It's a total nostalgia kick for me... That was the kind of kid I was and hung out with back in the 80's playing Dungeons & Dragons in my basement, playing the Dragon's Lair video game at the arcade with my friends., plus all the nods to Stephen King and other popular culture of the 80's and earlier, and just a great show all around.

In case you may not know, Stephen King's It is partly responsible for the show being made. The Duffer Bros wanted to direct the new film version of IT, but were turned down, so they decided to create Stranger Things. Finn Wolfhard who plays Mike, also plays Richie in the new IT.
The other of many of the show's influences is King's Firestarter: the girl with powers being hunted by a secret government group.

I'm also very excited about season 3. Such a great show and I'm really surprised a show like this is ONLY a Netflix original.

Millie Bobby Brown: Time 100
by Aaron Paul

The first time I met Millie Bobby Brown was inside an ice cream shop. My wife and I had superfanned her, like most of the public did when they first saw her onscreen in "Stranger Things". We asked if she wanted to meet up, and she said yes. We screamed. We picked a little ice cream shop in New York City, and then, suddenly, we were all together.

The moment we started speaking, I realized we were in the wrong setting. I had thought, Oh, she’s 12, let’s get ice cream. No. She may have been 12 in years, but her spirit and mind were timeless. A wise woman was speaking from her cherubic face. It was like speaking to a future mentor with a perspective and groundedness that I could only have dreamed of at that age.

Or at any age, if I’m being honest.

Maybe that’s why she’s such an extraordinary actor. She somehow understands the human experience as if she has lived it for a thousand years. I’m proud to know her. To call her a friend.

To call her my adopted daughter.

I love her "Eleven" character. She, Dustin and Hopper are my favorites.

I'm sure they have. I love Eggo's! I know from now on I'll never eat one without thinking about Eleven!

I found this on Ebay which I bought for my grand daughter's birthday. She's an adult but is crazy about "Stranger Things!"It even comes with an Eggo! She will get a kick out of this I'm sure!
