Family Ties music: original vs DVD/streaming
Has anyone ever made or know of a good list of the songs that are cut and/or replaced for the home release of the series?
I've been going through the first few episodes and of course can see the removal of the "Day of Decision" clip for the DVD/streaming and then the generic instrumental that Alex turns on, but an episode like "I Know Jennifer's Boyfriend" has more going on. "Wake Up Little Susie" is replaced, another song(?) is replaced by a generic instrumental, and "Twelfth of Never" is replaced by a song I can't find any record of despite having a lot of lyrics -- and other people online have sought the title, too. I've been gathering lot of information up for a much larger passion project of mine on NBC Thursdays. This is one aspect I'd love to include. |
