The Ultimate Rugrats Fan Book By Jefferson Graham
I found a book about Rugrats called The Ultimate Rugrats Fan Book that was published in 1998 and is written by an author named Jefferson Graham who is a cartoon and Rugrats fan. The book talks about how Rugrats came to be and features interviews with Arlene Klasky and Gabor Csupo and facts about Rugrats and the voice actors who provide the voices of the Rugrats characters as well as a full episode guide

I wouldnt call it a collectors item, its fairly common and can be purchased for under $5. Its definitely an excellent resource.
