Default Antenna TV No Credit Crunch Log

Can we please get this stickied?

Whenever Antenna doesn't crunch credits, please post here. Except for Wings and Sabrina, which are never crunched.

I know that on the night of 9/5/17, there was no crunch, but the Family Ties credits weren't even shown.
One night in late December 2017 at 12:00 AM, the Family Ties credits were shown.
On 1/2/18 at 2PM, Kotter's credits were shown
They didn't crunch Murphy Brown on the night of 3/20/2018 at 10:30 PM.

This would be a good idea. Definitely something I will follow in case sometime down the road Antenna decides to stop crunching credits altogether then I can start watching it again.

unfortunately I highly doubt they'll stop doing it for all their shows. I e-mailllled them once asking why they do it and they said that the reason is because an unfortunate reality of all these "retro-channels" popping up is the price of these vintage shows keeps going up. They thought of a few ways to differentiate the cost and "credit crunching" is the cheapest one.

That’s probably true unfortunately. I had to stop watching Laff and Bounce at the beginning of this year because they started crunching credits too. So Me and Decades are the only ones left that don’t crunch that I still watch.

It doesn't bother me, I just want to see how many times they don't crunch the credits.

On June 5th 2017, I recorded season 1, episodes 1 and 2 of The Joey Bishop Show, "On The Spot" and "Joey Meets Jack Paar". Both episodes have the full closing credits, no credit crunch . Maybe the credit crunch employee was out to lunch or took the day off that day .

Gimme a Break didn't have the crunch a couple of times recently. Same with What's Happening. It's weird. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.

They almost played the full Growing Pains credits... almost. A lot more than what they usually show was shown before they crunched. And one night My Two Dads had full credits but I forget when that was.

Guessing because (at least in the case of Wings' later seasons; don't know about Sabrina) there's often a bonus scene during the credits.

I think Cozi did at one point but must have stopped. I just got Cozi back in January. At least I know they don’t crunch the Nanny. I don’t get the other ones you mentioned.

With Lassie and Dick Van Dyke, Cozi simply didn't play the credits. With Dick Van Dyke, they just play the short Director/Writer credits.
