Before becoming a star on the original Who Wants To Be A Millionaire Regis Philbin hosted two game shows and his second game show was titled The Neighbors which debuted in 1975. The show tested the knowledge of three contestants who had to guess how much they knew about their neighbors. When The Neighbors debuted in 1975 the original theme song was Pick A Little Talk A Little which was a song from a movie musical. Who knew after the success of his first game show Regis Philbin would be a huge star for ABC and it showed when he would go on to host the original Millionaire and Million Dollar Password but The Neighbors was one of the most underrated game shows of the 70's

I believe the original theme song from The Neighbors Pick A Little Talk A Little came from Meredith Wilson's The Music Man starring Robert Preston. I did a little research and actually found the song. But if you can watch some of the other episodes of The Neighbors you can hear a different theme song
