Sophia loved Rose and Blanche like they were her own daughters. Besides Sophia and Dorothy having a great bond together, Sophia, Rose and Blanche also had a great bond together.

They sure did. Which is why when Dorothy got married, they abandoned their plans to all go their separate ways, and the remaining three ran "Golden Palace" together.

^ Yes ... the Season 4 debut "Yes, We Have No Havanas." Fidel Santiago was his name. One of the highlights of that season IMO.
