Is there an episode production list anywhere? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I ended up buying seasons 7 - 9 from Amazon Video and noticed the episodes are out of order. It's very noticeable in season 8 when Vera gets married to Elliot with his partner from the police force at his wedding but a few episodes later his partner doesn't know who Vera or the others are in the episode "Vera The Horse Thief". I've searched a few websites but none of them have a production order listed for when the episodes were made in each season. Does anyone know if this was ever released?

Closest you'll find is either original air dates or production codes, unless you can find someone with tickets from the actual tapings (which would have the dates they were taped). It can't be production code order though...Vera the Horse Thief is 185202, and the 2-part episode where she meets/marries Elliot is 185210/185211

Where did you find the production codes for those episodes? I've searched IMDb, epguides, and wiki and couldn't find anything. I would like to know the order the episodes were originally intended to be. It's obvious Vera The Horse Thief was intended to air before the marriage episode but CBS decided to air it at a later date not realizing it doesn't match the current storyline that season with the characters. The production codes you provided prove that as well. I'm wondering how many other episodes that season aired out of order. There's quite a few episodes after the marriage episodes where Vera isn't wearing a wedding ring and then in some of them she is.

I looked them up years ago (like 20+) using the library of congress's website. Looks like you can still look up shows, although it's kinda clunky to do so. I did find a few later ones listed, and the ones I looked at included show numbers.
