Default Mozark Productions

When my mom and I were watching Designing Women I noticed that it was produced by a company called Mozark Productions and I would like to know about this company? Mozark Productions was a producer of many sitcoms but Designing Women is the well known sitcom that Mozark Productions produced. Mozark Productions is also known for a famous logo that features a cute heart racing across the logo
Is Mozark Productions still around in TV today?

I'm not exactly sure if they are still around today, but that logo of theirs that had that heart racing across is quite famous, and preceded quite a few CPT logos on Designing Women: the 80s Coke Lady, the later Lady of Columbia Pictures Entertainment, and even the 90s Sony Lady.

It is the production company owned by Linda Bloodworth-Thomason and her husband Harry Thomason. The logo appears on anything the two of them produced together. She's from Missouri (MO) and he's from Arkansas (ARK), which are in the middle of the Ozarks, so that's where the name comes from.

Okay...because I saw Mozark on Evening Shade when it ends. It looked like this...

Oh, so that's where the name of Mozark Productions comes from. Pretty clever idea of Linda Bloodworth Thompson. What other sitcoms did Mozark Productions produce besides Evening Shade and Designing Women?
Thank you for your interesting fact Snowpeck you truly are one of the smartest people I know here

Mozart also produced “Hearts Afire” and “Emeril”.

By the time the 90s Sony lady came around Mozark changed their logo
