Parker's and Bubba's Homes

I just noticed the other day that in one early episode Parker lived in a big older house in one neighborhood; then in a later episode (one about his stepfather) he lived in a newer house in a subdivision.

And Bubba, who outranked him and supposedly made more money, lived in a tiny little apartment in a sort of rooming house.

I imagine a town the size of Sparta would not have lots of apartment complexes, but just wonder if there was any storyline about Parker's new house, and if Bubba ever bought a house of his own. Did he move to a place on the lake by the time of "Quick Fix"?
