Well, as usual, I am writing blind, cuz I have no clue exactly where this will go. I know that some are eager for this to start, so I'm going to give it my best with no promises.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

(Jinny awoke disoriented. She looked around her at the room and then at the state of her undress and mumbled to herself. Waking up in strange places brought back memories she did not care to relive; memories of waking up with hangovers in beds occupied by unfamiliar, nameless faces. A reassuringly familiar face popped around the corner, smiling. New memories flooded out the old and Jinny smiled in return.)

Teddy: Did you say something?

Jinny: No. But I was just thinking about how sexy you look in that towel.

Teddy: Oh? Really? (stepping completely into view; takes towel and throws it back into the bathroom) How about now?

Jinny: Not bad. (smiling) Come here and let me admire you up close.

(Teddy walked slowly across the floor stopping occasionally to pose. By the time he reached the bed, Jinny was laughing. She pulled the sheet up closer around her neck as Teddy crawled up onto the bed. He pulled the sheet out of her hand and covered himself as well. Still laying on his stomach, propped on his elbows they stared into each other’s eyes momentarily. Teddy leaned over and nudged her with his shoulder. She rolled over on her side and slid her arm across his back. She kissed his shoulder and he reached over and kissed her forehead.)

Teddy: So, how does it feel to be Mrs. Blumenthal?

Jinny: (smiling) I thought being 33 and NOT being married made me feel old.

Teddy: Oh, come on, you’ve been married a total of (looking at his watch) fifteen hours.

Jinny: I know. I still can’t believe I’m actually here. You know, when I first woke up, I thought I had been drinking again.

(Teddy reached over and kissed Jinny. Their kiss quickly turned passionate and Jinny’s hands rose to Teddy’s shoulders and then to his back. As one hand caressed his back and shoulder, the other went around his neck, pulling him closer. She scooted herself over, underneath his body, kissing his chest. Teddy bent his head down, preventing Jinny from continuing. He began to kiss her neck, making her draw in a breath and sending chill bumps down her arms. Jinny attempted to push him away, but she was easily subdued as he continued from her neck down her chest and to her stomach. He returned to her neck, then after several minutes back to her lips where he stayed.)

(Jinny pushed Teddy away to take a breath, and then continued full force. When he took her, fireworks erupted inside her and she gasped, digging her short nails into his shoulders. Teddy winced but did not stop, nor did Jinny attempt to make him stop. For Jinny, this part of their relationship seemed to get better with each passing day instead of worse, as most people said it did. She thought to herself, she could get used to this.)

(They lay in each others arms afterwards for a long time, not talking. Jinny felt comfortable here; safe. With Teddy it was different. Usually after a long night in the arms of a stranger Jinny felt compelled to explain herself, generally stumbling through the house gathering articles of clothing strew in the heat of the moment; putting herself back together like a puzzle she could never quite figure out how to work. Jinny was proud of how far she’d come in the past year or so. She was beginning to like herself again. Something that she hadn’t done for a very long time. It had gotten to the point that she didn’t even bother to look at herself in the mirror because she couldn’t stand to see the person she had become. “Mrs. Theodore Blumenthal.” She said those words to herself. Yes, it would take some getting used to, but she was positive that she liked it.)

Very nice beginning. I really thought you did an excellent job. Hmmm suggestions. None I can think of yet. You are an awesome writer and believe me enjoying the ride is sometimes very nice. Okay I need to get back to work before I get busted reading fan fiction. Oh well. Just couldn't resist.

P.S. I like the title.

Okay, so I've proven that I'm going to be as slow on this fic as I was on the previous one and I'm sorry. I start school in August and for two weeks in July, so you may get this one even slower (if you could imagine) than the last one. But as you all know, I'm slow, but sure. Here's more...........

(The remainder of their week in Vegas was much like this one. They saw few of the sights, and spent the majority of their time indoors entertaining themselves. Their trip home was uneventful. Sunday night, Jinny stood in the middle of her bedroom in the midst of boxes that she had not long ago unpacked. Teddy walked in quietly, startling her as he put his arms around her.)

Teddy: Hey, you’re in deep thought.

Jinny: Yeah. I was just thinking about returning to work tomorrow.

Teddy: Oh? As Jinny Blumenthal?

Jinny: (turns around smiling) Yeah. You know, maybe I should ask for Mag’s gun before I spring this on her.

Teddy: Why?

Jinny: Incase you don’t understand women, I just got married without even telling my best friend.

Teddy: Jinny, she’ll be happy for you.

Jinny: You don’t know my partner.

Teddy: (smiles) I’m sure she’ll be understanding and forgiving.

Jinny: (rolls her eyes) Like I said, you don’t know my partner.

Teddy: (leads her to the bed) Let’s get some rest. It’s been a long week. We still have to have dinner with my parents tomorrow night, so don’t forget.

Jinny: (heavy sigh) Don’t remind me.

Teddy: You underestimate my parents, Jin. They’ll be happy just knowing I’m happy. And you need to set up a date for us to tell your family.

Jinny: That I intend to put off for a very long time.

(Teddy turns as he’s dressing for bed. He smiles at her as he watches her go into the bathroom and close the door. She returns in a man’s dress shirt, at least two sizes too big for her and her hair down, loosely draping over her shoulders. She runs her hand through her hair as she waits to climb into bed until Teddy precedes her. She climbs in and rests her head on his chest once he turns out the light. There is mostly silence as they hold each other, tired from their trip. Jinny drifts off to sleep first, turning over and resting her head on her pillow. Teddy reaches over and turns the lamp on his bedside off and settles into bed for a good night’s sleep.)

(Teddy was up with the alarm the next morning. He kissed Jinny several times, but she ignored him, trying to sleep in. Teddy finally turned the radio back on, on the alarm clock and left to shower. Once he was out of the shower, he informed Jinny of the time. She rose quickly, brushing by his waiting arms, and jumped in the shower. She rushed around quickly afterwards, avoiding Teddy altogether as she rushed to get ready for work. He watched her quizzically for a while, then left to fix himself breakfast. As he had his breakfast and was preparing himself to leave, Jinny came rushing out of her room, working on getting her holster on. She grabbed her leather jacket and met Teddy as he was preparing to walk out the door. They stopped, faced to face and Teddy smiled, Jinny smiling in return.)

Jinny: (slightly embarrassed) I’m really sorry. I’m just not a morning person.

Teddy: That’s okay, really. I’ll walk you out.

Jinny: (nodding) Okay.

You forget to mention the tiny detail in your first installment that they eloped. WOW...kinda complicates things...and makes them interesting. I look forward to your posting more...and ASAP please
