I just took a look at Shout Factory's Upcoming Releases section and came across a release date for season 8. So excited to finally be able to conclude this series on DVD!

Seems odd they labeled it The Complete Final Season instead of The Complete Eighth Season, but nevertheless I’m just glad to see it finally completed.

^---It's not that odd, I've seen other series do that. The Facts of Life is one.

Shout Factory! labels all their final seasons like this.

Shout! Factory did not include Mary Ann Mobley as Maggie on Season 8 Cover Art. They included Dixie Carter as Maggie on Seasons 6 and 7 Cover Art. Shout! Factory should redo the Season 8 Cover Art.

They ought to release the complete series box set. I'm surprised that they haven't. Not yet anyways. But I'm glad all the eps. in the series will be out on DVD.
