In the Home Improvement ep "The Karate Kid Returns", The Beach Boys are in that ep. Wilson Wilson Jr. is related to Mike Love and Carl Wilson. So...he's also related to Brian Wilson!

I can see how Wilson Wilson Jr. and Brian Wilson would make contributions...Wilson suggested the accordion on "God Only Knows" but is unaccredited since he didn't want the publicity...

I can also say Wilson Wilson Jr. made contributions to Smiley Smile, especially this song which was originally "The Termite and The Woodpecker"...

Sadly...Wilson Wilson Jr. died which then his cousin Brian decided to release Smile for him. Brian even said "My cousin Wilson and I would share some off-the-wall ideas, but my cousin Mike Love told us "don't ****-up the formula" which ruined the Smile sessions and Wilson went to San Francisco and told John Phillips that The Beach Boys probably won't be there since his cousin Mike wanted the older music". But Wilson Wilson Jr. was unaccredited in all of the Smile songs...I can hear Wilson Wilson Jr. make contributions to Smile...

Wilson Wilson did co-produce and write these songs from the Pet Sounds and Smile era...
