No, I haven't seen the last episode of 'The X-Files' cos it hasn't been shown over here yet. The last series is starting on Sky1 in the UK next month. I dunno if I'll watch it or not.
I used to watch 'The X-Files' all the time back around 1996/97 cos it was really popular in the UK at that time. You had to watch it cos everybody would be discussing it at school the next day and you didn't wanna be left out. Recently though it's kinda declined in popularity.
When the show first started it was only hardcore 'X-Files' fans that watched it, then it got super-popular and everybody watched it. Now it's gone back to just the fans that watch it.
I still watch it from time-to-time. Sky1 are currently showing older episodes and I watch them all the time. BBC2 are showing more recent episodes but I'm not too keen on them. It's just not the same after Mulder left.

Actually, Mulder was in the series finale, which was cool, I thought. The X Files just wouldn't be the same without Mulder. He's a great character on the show. Especially with his obsession with finding out about aliens and UFOs and stuff. Episodes that dealt with those topics seemed to make the show more interesting. Actually, in the plot lines they put in lots of information that I have read in books about accounts of abductions and encounters. That was the best episode of the X Files ever! A great end to the series!

That episode was the second to last episode. It wasn't that great.

And no, I didn't see the last episode.

Question Scully the sceptic

I thought it was wierd that Scully seemed to completely change her outlook on life in the last few series.
I mean, when Mulder was in the show he believed everything and Scully was always the sceptical one. Then, after Mulder disappears, Scully does a complete 360 and now Doggett is the sceptical one and Scully believes even the most improbable things!
What made her change like that? Did I miss an important episode or something?!

Man, I remember when my whole family would gather round on Friday nights(when it was in it's prime) and watch a new episode.

In the last two seasons or so, I kinda lost track. But I did watch the finale, and I still didn't get "the truth". But great ending.
