George Walker Bush's walk. I don't think he has always walked funny, has he? But his current "Commander-in-Chief" walk has an unnatural gait about it which caused me to wonder if he and his staff members got together and made videos of his walk in order to study and amend it. When I walk to and from the bathroom at home, or over to the cereal isle at the grocery store I try to carry myself with some dignity, put on an impressive mien - pronounced (meen). (Mien means "bearing" or "carriage". I just learned the word so I had to use it). But I don't stroll the way that the president does going to and from his helicopter or the Rose Garden or the White House lawn. He holds his hands cupped oddly at a 90% angle to his legs. His exagerated, even-tempoed arm swing seems to be patterned after a marching marionette. He cocks his elbows, holding his arms away from his body in the way that guys who want to appear muscle-bound do, and he leans slightly forward, perhaps to give an "I'm on a misson" appearance. He alternates his head and expression between, held up and squinting straight-on and from side-to-side, to looking down as if in serious thought, although he could just be scanning the ground, playing a game of 'step on a crack, break my mother's back'.

Yes, I see your point. I could have been recording or watching reruns instead of making those observations and writing them down.
