Jethro on Beverly Hillbillies
Joey on Blossom
Potsie on Happy Days got dumber each season.
Lenny and Squiggy.

Many of the women I can think of werent exactly dumb but were ding-y.
Like Chrissy Snow
Mrs. Brown in My Favorite Martian
Gracie Allen
that girl in Becker's doctor's office
Victoria Jackson in Strip Mall

I do find though that some of the dumb characters are my favorites. I love Jethro and Gracie Allen (what a combination!)

When he wasn't sleepwalking he always struck me as kinda dumb. Especially when he unraveled his pants when he was on that 'test date' with Sally. Now there's a scene that ALWAYS gives me a good 'belly laugh'!
