I HAVE FOUND WITH MOST OF THESE TRADERS THAT THEY LIKE TO TALK BUT MOST OF THEM NEVER FULLFILL THEIR COMMITMENT TO TRADE ALL THEY DO IS SHOW THEIR LISTS AND THATS ABOUT IT. IF THERE ARE ANY REAL SERIOUS TRADERS OR IF YOU KNOW ANYONE THAT IS A SERIOUS TRADER PLEASE EMAIL ME THANK YOU

I have been screwed only once so far. I made some He-man episodes in exchange for some A-team episodes. I sent him the He-man and I never got the tape he promised me!

There are some who all they do is post what they have on a continuous basis , never responding to e mails, and some who post what they want and they don't respond . Makes you wonder how anyone does any trading here. BTW, the best people to trade with are females. At least they don't play games.

I am a tape trader and a chick ... female.
I have been rated superior in every way <G>
+ i never miss ANYTHING
+ if the show runs 10 minutes over, Im on it
+ quality is a 10, hi-fi stereo, good tapes or cds
+ I am real real nice.

There are actually too many to list, so I'll leave it there. I've only set up tape trades with 2 people on this board, and I got ripped off for tapes and a little money both times. I almost never even consider trading anymore. Most people will tell you it's not the money, it hurts their feelings to be treated that way.
The best way Ive worked stuff out is to stay away from people who call themself tape traders and look for people online who've never even heard of it. When I used to sell on ebay, I met several people from Los Angeles and one of them was thrilled to record some 21 Jump Street for me, in exchange for some old soap opera tapes. She is one of the nicest lil' peeps Ive met and she made time for me, shipping regularly, and never did anything to upset me or rip me off.
She ruled.

What Shows are you looking for ? Send me your trade list and I'll send mine. I can provide alot of references . I have alot of hard to find shows and alot of uncut shows that has the original commercials.

No, just kidding. The only thing Im looking for is first generation 21 jump street and its on in Los Angeles. Other than that, I really cant afford to trade right now, tapes and shipping are enough to break me. I need a new job!

I can answer that. There was a show on, I think in the 60s, with an all chimp cast called Lancelot Link. I used to watch reruns of it on Nickelodeon when I was a kid.

i dont remember that show from nick, gues i missed it. Im still pining away for them to show belle and sebastian again.
