Default glasses or contacts?

Hey, do you people prefer glasses or contacts?
I have glasses but I'm so stubborn that I refuse
to wear them. They look cute on me and all (sorry
to be conceited ) but I don't like how they
feel on my face. I actually lost them for a while.
The funny thing is that I missed them because
I wasn't able to see very well and I got headaches.
Now I'm starting to wear 'em, but I've had these
glasses for a year already. It's about time I get
new ones. I'm wondering if I should get glasses
or contacts. I never really gave myself a chance
to get used to the glasses, so I don't know if I
should give glasses another shot or contacts.
I mean, the glasses look fine on me. I'm not
considering contacts because they look better.
I'm just wondering which ones are more comfy.
If anyone has experience with both glasses and
contacts, I'd appreciate your imput. Which is
more beneficial??

When I first started having problems with my vision I got glasses. I got rid of them within the year because I didn't like wearing them and then I got contacts. I've been wearing contacts for the past eight years.

I have glasses. I want contacts so bad but I can't stand when the eye doctor gets up by my face. And to get contacts he's actually gonna have his finger in eye to show me how to put them in and all. I'm always like back off!! lol then I feel like laughing.

CONTACTS!!!

They're the best!! I hated my glasses!! The worst part is when they teach you how to do it because they're all staring at you and it's hard the first couple times, but then it's a piece of cake.

Ahh......the age old question. Glasses or Contacts?

Well I had glasses since 5th grade, and I got contacts last June. Let's see, when I had glasses, I went through tons of frames because I always somehow accidentaly broke them. That went on for six years. I've had contacts the last year and so far, no harm done. So if you ask me, CONTACTS!

And OMG Amy, I know what you mean. At first when they showed me the video and how to put them in, I was like WHY THE HELL DID I GET CONTACTS!?!?!?!?!?!? It was like that the first couple of days. I took half an hour just to put my contacts in!!!!!! But now I just take 2 seconds. You really get used to it and even forget that you have them sometimes! It's great because I finally look like I did when I was in 3rd grade. Took a hell of a long time.

I wear neither of them because my vision is fairly good still. Eventually, I know I will get them later on my life (hopefully passed the age 50) because eye vision can't be perfect forever.
From what I've seen, contacts I much better because they aren't that hard to loose and you don't have to worry about them as much as you do with glasses.

Prolly cuz you were in tears. LoL. I know what ya mean. It was wierd touching your eye. Now they're like suction cups. You know what I hate? I hate when I go to take one out, and its not there so I end up poking myself in the eye. Or when youy rub your eye and it ends up in the corner halfway inside your face?
