Default conformist/nonconformist

Are you a conformist or a nonconformist
and why?

I would have to consider myself a nonconformist
because I do my own thing and believe what I believe
regardless of what others say or think. I can honestly
say that peer pressure has no affect on me. What are
everyone's thoughts on this?

I'm a huge non-conformist. While everyone else was into the "current cool thing," I was watching Nick at Nite and listening to 60s music.

I stopped caring about what other people thought a long time ago after I realized that most of them had no brains of their own anyway.

I'm a total non-conformist.
At school I was labelled a "freak" and I had very few friends (and the friends I did have were also called "freaks").
I thought that once I left school and got away from all those simple-minded children that I'd stop getting singled-out but it hasn't worked that way. My boss was giving me a hard time at the office party cos he said I was a "bit of a wierdo". Even my parents hate the way I turned out!
I don't care though. It was difficult sometimes cos I was always singled out for getting picked on but in a way it was cool. Who wants to like everyone else anyway, huh?

Musicly, me and my friends have all different tastes, but we have some in common...it doesnt matter, I personally am getting a lot into DMB-John Mayer....Neil Diamond...stuff like that

tv...I watch my own style....lol degrassi high....lifetime...but then there are other shows like friends, ER, gilmore girls that everyone watches...I like

Im kinda a conformist, like if my friends say that they watch some show i'll watch it so we can have something to talk about and stuff. and right now we're planning to go to some1's house and watch a sad movie even tho i hate sad movies i'm just going along w/ it. i'm also a lil affective in peer pressure cuz i dont wanna spoil the fun, but i aint really gotta worry about it cuz i'm like never pressured. but i am a lil different from my friends tho cuz i'm a psycho and i like different kinds of movies and i like jlo and my friends hate jlo and some other stuff so im kinda half conformist and half not

Im definitly a non-conformist...I dont care what people think of me and find thats the only way I can be. I listen to my music (oldies, broadway, soundtracks, etc) watch my classic television, wear whatever i want. Some people might think Im weird but that is their problem! lol.

i'm a noncomfortist.

reasons:
i like only listen to olides (mostly 60s) and celine dion. no one in my school like appreciates celine. there's one other girl i know who listens to oldies, not cuz it's "cool," but because she likes it.
i shop in the kids section, i don't care. i don't shop at like forever 21, if my mom caught me wearing that stuff to school, she'd like kill me.
i watch lifetime, like all the time. no one (not on-line ppl) understand. "why? that's like for retirement..." i still watch 7th heaven. lol. gilmore girls is cool though. and tvland too. "why would you want to see shows that have already ended...the episodes are so stupid...."
umm, i have never really been peer pressured. i've been peer pressured into doing the right thing, lol, but not the other way around.
music...everyone listens to rap. i cannot stand that ****ty crap. excuse the language, but i hate it. i hate eminem for coming back too. i was so hapy he was gone. and then he came out with a song trying to be all cool. actually, i think it's a bit pop. lol...that's funny. i hate rap, nelly, dr. dre, whatever. but CLEAN rap is ok.

I'm a noncomfortist. I don't follow trends just because everybody else follows it. Everybody in my town is watching Survivor, I've never seen an episode of it. It's not my thing, so I don't watch it. I think its crazy when someone hates something in their heart but when they hear someone say how cool it is, the person goes out and does it too- just to be cool. I know I'm considered odd in my school because of the fact I do my own thing, but I would rather be considered odd than be a follower to something I don't believe in.

I dunno what I am. I think everyone around me is a conformist. See, me and my friends aren't the most popular people in the world, so we do stupid stuff cuz it's not like we're gonna be less liked...lol so I made a bracelet outta a toothbrush...some popular girl comes up to me and asks me how I did it and the next day she had one and everyone was like "OMG!! LOOK AT YOUR BRACELET!" and forgot about me...pshh

Yea this doesnt have anything to do with anything.

I'm very much a nonconformist...I'm a total individual. I do whatever I want and wear whatever I want. While everyone nowadays is listening to all that pop and rock music junk I am a HUGE musical theatre freak... I absolutely love it and while people think i'm a little weird it doesn't bother me. I view myself as "different" and not "weird" lol and I don't think anyone in the world is "weird"... Just "different." Know what i mean?

I'm in-between, but mainly non-conformist. Like when someone says a show is cool, I'll go watch it, but not necessarily like it. Or if they have cool clothes, I'll ask them where they got em and go to that place and get clothes there since they were cool. But I watch Lifetime and I like old shows (my friend is always going 'Is that another one of your stupid 80's shows?' when I change the pics on my binder).
But I know a total conformist *coughhackAlycoughhack*
