This morning I went to check out the $10 TV DVD set sale at Target and to my surprise the only TV DVD sets that were $10 that my Target had were NCIS Season 14 and a limited edition version of Stranger Things. Target also had The Blacklist on sale as well as Modern Family. But I saw lots of people buying sets of Downton Abbey so I guess that was a popular TV DVD set that Target sold a lot of
