"Arrow’s" Emily Bett Rickards Speaks Out in Wake of Kreisberg Allegations

"Arrow’s" Emily Bett Rickards has spoken up against sexual harassment shortly after fellow DCEU actresses Melissa Benoist and Chyler Leigh released statements on Twitter.

Though he wasn't mention by name in their tweets, they came shortly after the suspension of Arrow-verse EP Andrew Kreisberg. The studio investigated claims of inappropriate contact and sexual harassment and suspended him on Friday.




Her Twitter statement reads:

To the men who committed harassment, who perpetuated rape culture, who turn a "blind eye", and complain about "reverse sexism": you are weak and complicit.

To the women who found the strength to speak up, who supported one another, and finding their voice: You can. You are heroines.
