I gained a lot of weight since my last doctor’s appointment (15 pounds) and now have to start exercising which means using the treadmill, running, and walking.

Want to lose weight? I suggest you get some South Beach Diet cookbooks. Bone up and start cooking, this diet works wonders for those who use these books (I ought to know, I use this diet myself, and have lost 26 pounds this year!).
