In 1987 NBC debuted a game show that was part of their Saturday morning lineup called I'm Telling. Hosted by Laurie Faso I'm Telling featured teams consisting of kids who were siblings and the kids had to test how much they knew about their sister or brother. And the team with the highest amount of points got a chance to compete in the Pick-A Prize Arcade where the winning team could win all the prizes. Reruns of I'm Telling aired in the 90's on The Family Channel's afternoon game show block. It's a shame that you don't see game shows like I'm Telling made for kids anymore because I'm Telling was a cute game show and should be revived someday soon

Although the Twin Cities didn't get I'm Telling when it first aired on NBC, I remember watching the reruns and to me it was a kids clone of The Newlywed Game. I also read that Chuck Barris, who produced the hit game show that was hosted by Bob Eubanks even sued the producers for copying the format. Laurie Faso wasn't a bad host and interacted well with the young contestants.
