In 1986 R&B singer Gregory Abbott released a fun ballad called Shake You Down that was the first single from his debut album of the same name and later released the song I Got The Feeling It's Over. In 1988 Gregory Abbott released his second album I'll Prove It To You which produced only one single with a song called Let Me Be Your Hero before disappearing from the music scene. It's a shame that Gregory Abbott became a one hit wonder in the 80's and has never released a third album since. Because you don't see singers like Gregory Abbott perform anymore in the R&B scene
