Season 2 of Ryan Murphy’s FX anthology — subtitled "The Assassination of Gianni Versace" — will premiere Wednesday, Jan. 17 at 10/9c, the network announced on Wednesday. "Versace" centers on the infamous 1997 murder of the iconic fashion designer, with Edgar Ramirez starring as Versace and "Glee" alum Darren Criss playing killer Andrew Cunanan. Ricky Martin co-stars as Versace’s romantic partner Antonio D’Amico, with Penelope Cruz as Versace’s sister Donatella. The new season comes nearly two full years after the first installment, "The People v. O.J.
